AIR CONDITIONING
All guest rooms are fully air-conditioned.
ELECTRICITY
Fiji runs off the same voltage as Australia and New Zealand – 220 to 240 volts. So leave your 110volt appliances at home, we have you covered.
SAFES
All the rooms have personal room safes that will fit laptop sized items.
DAILY ROOM SERVICE
The lovely housekeeping ladies will be attending to your villa between 10 am and 4 pm daily to refresh your room for you – to make sure you have everything that you need, and ensure another comfortable day and night's sleep for you. Please do feel free to let them know if you require anything extra, and you will find that they are only too happy to help. The white coconut placed at your front door is your DND sign.
BOUTIQUE
The resort has a small boutique that offers the essentials – like toothbrushes, razors, and other toiletry items, just in case you forget them, and you can also find things like sun dresses, Fiji souvenirs, resort hats and apparel.
MINI BAR IN ROOMS
Water is provided on arrival and we can supply your mini fridge at an additional cost should you wish to have it stocked.
LAUNDRY
We do offer one complimentary wash and fold laundry service for guests in the beachfront Villas and Palms Villa, and each additional load is $55, just place the items you want washed in the laundry basket provided. Laundry given today will be returned by the following morning.
WiFi
The resort offers complimentary SpaceX Starlink WiFi. There is WiFi throughout the resort and in all the guest rooms.
DRINKING WATER
We do advise you to not drink the water from the taps in the villas as this desalinated water and is filtered to 10 microns. However, extensive measures have been put in place to ensure that the water accessing the kitchen, bar, and restaurants is all filtered to drinking standards (1 Micron), and there is complimentary bottled water in your rooms. We do provide complimentary still and sparkling water at lunch and dinner meal services.
BEACH TOWELS
Are provided complimentary during your stay, and are also available from outside the office. Just pop in and collect them on your way to the beach or pool.
TEA AND COFFEE
Are available in all rooms above the Garden Villa category.
DAILY ROOM CHARGES
All activities and beverage charges are placed onto your room account, and payable upon checkout. At the time of any bar purchase or booking an activity, you will be asked to sign a docket, as you can imagine, with all nationalities and accents, it can be easy to hear the incorrect room number, and you may be asked to pay for someone else’s pina colada, but this is not our intention, and you can help by signing and checking your bar tabs each day.
MONEY EXCHANGE
The resort does not have an ATM or money withdrawal facility, so we do advise that if required, you organize your FJ$ when you arrive in Fiji at the airport. On checkout, you can use Visa and MasterCard, American Express and FJ$, and we are also happy to exchange Foreign currency for you if required.
BABYSITTING
We offer babysitting at just FJ$20 per hour for up to 2 children. Please visit the office to confirm your babysitting needs and please allow up to 4hrs notice. *Cancellation within 2 hours does incur full charges as our lovely babysitters come all the way from the village.
RECEPTION HOURS
Hours: 6:30am to 9:30pm
NO DRONE POLICY
The resort has chosen to enforce a ban on the use of Drones while at the resort. This is to protect the privacy of our guests. While we appreciate some operators may choose to contact the local Civil Aviation board to seek approval and a permit, the resort reserves the right to protect the privacy of not only the guests but the private property of the resort itself. We thank you for your understanding and for respecting the resort's policy.
Kids Club
We have a lovely kids club for all children between 3 to 9 years, Children 0-3yrs need to be accompanied by a parent or a Meli Meli Mama. There are a variety of supervised indoor activities, for those that can swim, and are five years or older there is also a wide variety of outdoor, and water-based activities. The kids club Is free of charge and available year-round for children three years or older.
The kids club operates from 9 am until 12.30pm, 2pm until 5.00pm. At 6.00pm there is a supervised "kid’s dinner," or should the family wish to dine together, please make your reservation with our friendly restaurant hosts.
During the day there are lots of supervised fun activities, such as cooking lessons, face painting, crab and treasure hunts, snorkelling adventures, storytelling, coconut husking, nature walks, Fijian language games, art, sand castle building, hair braiding …and in the evening fun games and movies in the kids club hut. Kids can spend the whole time at the club or pick and choose the activities they would like to participate in, and for several activities parents are welcome to join in.

Spa & Wellness
The Nalova Spa is a massage room open seven days a week. We offer BOBO Massage for just FJ$95 for one hour. The resort is planning a wonderful new Day Spa, due to open mid - late 2026.
Swimming Pools
The property features two outdoor swimming pools, including a central beachside pool and one pool located in The Lagoon area.
Indoor & Outdoor Activities
A PADI-certified dive shop offers diving, snorkeling, paddleboarding, and kayaking. Other activities include:
Guided hikes to Island peaks.
Sawa-i Lau Cave Visit, available Mon, Weds, Fri and Sat
Game fishing and fishing charters.
Sunset cruises and tubing.
Cultural performances (Meke), kava ceremonies, and Fijian weaving lessons.
There are many other activities daily and they are posted on a blackboard near the office, some are free of charge like yoga, and some have a small charge generally if transport is required.
Free Activities
The free activities at the resort are Yoga am class, local snorkelling and fish feeding, the evening band and kava drinking, Meke show, Try Scuba Diving, Basket weaving, village church visit, bush walk, coconut demo, kayak adventures and more.
Scuba Diving
We offer 35 different dive sites in the area from reefs, drop-offs, pinnacles and swim throughs.
Our sites are from 2 minutes to 25 minutes away, and our dives are all guided and from a boat. We dive three times a day every day, we dive at 9 am, 11 am, and 2 pm, equipment, and dive guide are supplied.
With reef sharks and turtles seen on most of our dives, we also have an abundance of corals both soft and hard and everything else you would expect to see on a tropical reef, highlights are eagle ray and bump head parrot fish, with plenty of macro life to be found too.
We offer all the PADI courses whether it's your very first try or higher qualifications such as Advanced, Rescue or Dive Master, we also have a large selection of specialty dives including Night, Wreck, Deep, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Photography, Drift and more.
Our PADI Dive Professionals each with years of experience will ensure you have the very best dive experience.
Our dive guides have completed literally thousands of dives all over Fiji, and discovered some new sites too, so whatever your level of experience, we have a dive expert on hand to ensure you have a truly memorable dive experience and see what the underwater world that Fiji has to offer.
We have a full range of equipment, wetsuits, fins, masks, B.C.D’s, etc., all housed in our dive shop. Bring your gear, or use ours, and be guided through the Yasawa Island’s crystal clear tropical blue waters, or take the plunge for the first time and do a one-off resort dive and "Discover Scuba."
For your safety, our dive shop staff are required to sight your travel insurance before booking a dive. Regrettably, if you do not have travel insurance, the Dive Centre is unable to take you diving.
